Texas CDL skills test sites

Texas DPS form DL-95, “Texas Driver License Office CDL Skills Testing Locations,” revision 11-2024, lists 21 CDL skills test locations. Tests are by appointment. DPS says you are directed to a site after you complete the CDL application. This page does not reprint the full form, and it does not add addresses that are not in the notes we sourced from it.

The form’s Mega Centers include Carrollton, Corpus Christi, Dallas South, Edinburg, Fort Worth, Houston (Gessner, North, and Southeast), Leon Valley (Class B only), and Midland. Some sites have limits. Junction is listed as Wednesday only. Read the current PDF before you book, because DPS can change hours and locations.

Official form: DL-95 (PDF).

Training is separate from the test site. Compare schools on the Texas CDL school directory, and ask whether tuition includes the truck, state fees, and a retest.
